CallME! Click-to-Call plays a voice prompt to the first call leg before connecting the second call leg.
This way the account owner or web-visitor (depending on the calling order you set in your account) knows the call comes from our system.
By default you will hear a text like CallME! is connecting you to a web visitor. Please hold... or Please hold while CallME! is connecting you....
Now it is possible to upload your own, customized voice prompts and we included three ways to create professional voice prompts:
PROFESSIONAL RECORDING: We team up with a professional in VOICE prompts recording, Allison Smith (ivrvoice.com). Allison recorded voice prompts for the telephone system of hundreds of companies world wide.
You can order a professional recorded voice prompt from Allison. You just send her the text and she will record the voice prompt in her voice studio and she will upload it directly to your account, normally all within two working days.
